Q: Do I have to sign-up for wine shipments to be a member?
A: No! But you are welcome to. As opposed to other wine clubs, the New Zealand Wine Club offers you benefits without purchase obligations. See our Club Benefits page for more information.

Q: Are there any special events for New Zealand Wine Club members?
A: Yes, you will receive the New Zealand Wine Club Newsletter, which provides information on upcoming events for New Zealand Wine Club members.

Q: How much does it cost to be a New Zealand Wine Club member?
A: Nothing for base membership. If you decide to receive aurtomatic wine shipments in the future, the cost is between $70-100 per shipment plus tax and shipping. There are no dues to be a New Zealand Wine Club member. We will charge your credit card at the time of shipping.

Q: Where can my wine shipments be sent?
A: A business address is preferred, as there is always an adult needed to sign for the wine. We can currently ship to the following states: Alaska, California, Illinois, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas and West Virginia. Direct shipping laws are changing quickly and we make every attempt to ship to consumers in all legal states.

Q: Can I cancel my membership?
A: You can cancel any time after accepting a minimum of one New Zealand Wine Club shipments. Just call the New Zealand Wine Club at 707-256-2756 or email us at customerservice@noblemerchants.com and we will cancel your membership.
